I was finally able to do some fishing yesterday. Didn’t get anything to speak of although on my second cast using a spinner, a very aggressive bass chomped on the lure and started thrashing. When I went to set the hook, I lost him :^( I could have cried but it did make the trip worth it. Maybe today I’ll have better luck.
